যে প্রকার মামলা শুনানী হইবে: দেওয়ানী কার্যবিধি আইনের ৪১ অর্ডারের ১১ রুল অনুযায়ী শুনানীর জন্য অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের আপীল ; অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের দ্বিতীয় আপীল, দ্বিতীয় বিবিধ আপীল ও প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল সহকারী জজ ব্যতীত অন্য বিচারকের আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের এবং সহকারী জজের মান নিরপেক্ষ আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে দেওয়ানী রুল ও দেওয়ানী রিভিশন মোকদ্দমা এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত রুল ও আবেদনপত্র।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ১লা ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখের পূর্বে দায়েরকৃত, স্থানান্তরিত বা চলমান সকল প্রকার দেওয়ানী মোকদ্দমা বা কার্যধারা অত্র বেঞ্চেই শুনানী ও নিষ্পত্তি হইবে। |
