একক বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন আইন ও মানি লন্ডারিং আইন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়াদিসহ একক বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল; ফৌজদারী আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী রিভিশন ও রেফারেন্স মোকদ্দমা; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল ও আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
